Pro Tips:

For Large, Heavy Plasma TV's, you need a tilt mount with some strength. Many tilt mounts will tend to tilt down automatically if the TV is heavy for it. This XL Tilt mount is meant for thoese tv's, and will only tilt to the point intended using a set of wing nuts for lowering/raising the angle.

Great for brick wall

we have a older plasma and our new home has a brick fireplace. We wanted to make sure it was secure and this is definitely the mount. A bit more than the other one, but this seemed a lot stronger and it is strong.
