Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All products are shipping as fast as possible, typically same or next day after purchase.  In transit, it can take between 2-5 full business days to ship.  If you have an immediate need for a product, you should call to check transit time 1-888-220-4095 or select expedited shipping options when checking out.  We do not require a signature, so if you need that, you need to make a note of it in the comments section when ordering.  UPS or Fedex will determine if the location of drop-off is a secure enough spot to leave a package.  We follow all of UPS and Fedex protocol with this or any other rules including lost packages.  If they have lost a package, customers must call us so we can put a trace on it to find. 

We always take care of our customers.  if there is any issue that we can help with, we will help.  Guaranteed.  We have a full time staff to take questions, locate tracking info, and communicate with our vendors and partners.  Shipping products is our business and we take great pride in customer service.

We have fast transit throughout the US.  You can expect to get your products within 2-5 business days and below you can see our shipping locations.  Much of the US is within 2 days from our products.  Times may vary depending on stock and availability.

Returns

If you have need to return a product, please first call 1-888-220-4095 or email us with the issue, why you want to return it so that we can determine if you may be missing something or in case you may be misinformed on how a product works or fits.  Once we have determined the reason for return, we will issue you a RMA number which will identify your return and help for fast refunding.  Then you musts ship the item back to the address here.

For any return that is NOT for damaged or unsatisfactory product or service,  there is a 20% restocking fee.  This fee is subtracted from the order before refunding to the customer.  Once we receive the product back to our warehouse, we will issue the refund and close out the order.  If you have any questions or need to submit a RMA, click here.
